Victor Crawford is the President and CFO of Brennan Jacobs Inc. He has 42 years of industrial machine maintenance experience, including 30 years working on overhead cranes and hoists. He holds a degree in Industrial Controls Engineering from Tampa Technical Institute and is a Journeyman Millwright who has worked in four countries. He was a Master Technician for Konecranes. In 2000, Victor was promoted to salesman at Konecranes, where he earned Contract Sales and Million Dollar Sales Club recognition every year. He was the first salesman to achieve both Contract Sales and Million Dollar Club status in Florida. He later moved the Konecranes Tampa office to Plant City, Florida, and opened the Miami and Jacksonville offices. In 2004, he was promoted to Branch Manager and opened the Memphis and Little Rock offices, growing each to 3.5 million dollars. He opened the Nashville office in 2008 and founded Brennan Jacobs Inc. in 2010. His training includes OSHA 10 through Crane America Services, Fall Protection Training, Aerial Work Platform Training, a 12-week Dale Carnegie course in Effective Communications and Human Relations, Konecranes Contract Workshop training, and Konecranes Branch Manager Training in Hyvinkaa, Finland. His crane-specific training includes Overhead Crane and Hoist Inspections through Crane America Services (Terex), P&H Static Stepless Controls through Konecranes, Demag-specific hoist and crane training through Crane America Services, the Konecranes Crane Pro Trainee Program (a 4-week course completed in 2000), and Konecranes' Tech Train Program for Master Technician in Hyvinkaa, Finland. He also completed training in crane inspection, crane maintenance safety, crane and hoist electrical and mechanical systems, KCI electrical, KCI Dynac, and customer relations and sales at Konecranes' Springfield, Ohio location. Today, Victor leads Brennan Jacobs Inc., which provides 24/7 emergency services, inspections, non-destructive testing, repairs, and modernizations for overhead cranes and industrial machinery.
